Adjacent to the patio, The Barn has been transformed into an impressive 70m² summer lounge and entertaining space. Fully air-conditioned and heated, it features a large dining table seating up to fourteen guests, a high-fidelity sound system and the property’s summer kitchen. Equipped with semi-professional appliances, a coffee machine and tableware, flatware and glassware for up to thirty guests, it is perfectly suited to catered dinners and special occasions.

The main house includes a second kitchen: a warm and intimate family kitchen where centuries-old blackened stone walls bear testament to generations of shared meals. Fully equipped and centred around a wood-burning stove, it provides a cosy setting for everyday cooking and relaxed family breakfasts.

The living room, dating back more than 500 years, is the inviting heart of the finca. With an open fireplace, deep comfortable sofas, a curated selection of art and design books, games and a large flat-screen TV with Apple TV, it offers the perfect place to unwind.
