Black Book Ibiza SC (NIF J57916892) is a villa rental and lifestyle concierge agency based in Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain. In these terms "we", "us" and "Black Book Ibiza" mean Black Book Ibiza SC, and "you" means the client making an enquiry or booking.

For villa rentals we act as agent for the property owner. The rental contract is between you and the owner; we arrange, administer and support the booking. For concierge services we act as agent for the supplier (chefs, boats, transfers, security and similar).

Availability and prices shown on this website are indicative and are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. A property may be held on option for up to 24 hours; a hold does not constitute a confirmed booking until the deposit is received.

• A deposit is payable to confirm the booking, as stated on your booking confirmation.
• The balance is payable by the date shown on the payment schedule, normally in advance of arrival.
• A refundable damage deposit may be required before or on check-in.
• All payments are made by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise. Bank charges are your responsibility.

Cancellation terms are set by the property owner or supplier and are stated on your booking confirmation. Deposits are generally non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation.

• The number of guests must not exceed the agreed occupancy of the property.
• Events, parties and commercial photography require prior written approval.
• You are responsible for damage caused by your party during the stay.
• Local noise, licensing and tourism regulations must be respected at all times.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of property owners or third-party suppliers, nor for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

Property descriptions, photography and pricing are provided in good faith and may change. All content on this website is owned by Black Book Ibiza SC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Spanish law and the courts of the Balearic Islands have exclusive jurisdiction. Last updated 20 August 2026.
