Below, a second level reveals an expansive, lush garden of natural grass and fruit trees, all lovingly maintained and offering wide views over the valley and surrounding almond groves. This level also features a private gym and an outdoor bathroom with a shower for convenience. On the third level, the impressive swimming pool is surrounded by a large sun-drenched terrace with premium loungers and parasols. Overlooking the pool is a fully-equipped outdoor barbecue area and summer kitchen. Designed for convenience and safety in the countryside, it features a high-performance gas grill, fridge, dishwasher, and oven, providing everything needed for comfortable poolside dining.
