Winter in Ibiza

Between November and March the island belongs to the people who live here. It is green, quiet and surprisingly mild.

The weather

Daytime highs sit in the mid teens, with bright sun far more often than rain. January and February bring the almond blossom across the inland valleys.

What is open

A core of restaurants in Ibiza Town, Santa Gertrudis and Sant Joan trade all year. Beach clubs and the big rooms are closed.

What to do

Walking the coastal paths, market mornings, long lunches and the odd sea swim if you are brave. Galleries keep winter hours; see creative.
