There are two Ibizas. One is the postcard everyone has already seen. The other is the island the residents keep for themselves. This is our short course in the second one.

Move against the traffic

Head to the beach late morning, eat at three, sleep in the afternoon and go out at eleven. The island empties at exactly the hours visitors think are busy.

Eat where the kitchen faces the sea

The north coast still has family restaurants where the fish arrives the same morning. Ask us for the ones without websites; those are the good ones.

Book the boat before the villa

Everyone books accommodation first and then discovers that every decent boat in their week has gone. Our concierge services cover boats, cars, aviation, chefs and tables, and the earlier we start the better the fleet.

Give the island one slow day

One day with no plan, in the north, no club, no reservation. It is the day people talk about afterwards.
