Villa Jana is a modern property sitting right above the sea by the beautiful cove of Cala Olivera just north of Ibiza town. It is the only villa on this side of the mountain, and it enjoys fabulous views of the Mediterranean sea, the island of Formentera and forested hills.

MAIN HOUSE
The property sits on 30,000 sqm of forested land and is accessed via a courtyard. The ground floor consists of a vast open plan social area, which enjoys large glass windows – overlooking the swimming pool, the coast line and the island of Formentera.
The Villa Offers high ceilings and is tastefully decorated with neutral tones and beautiful furniture from all over the world. The owners are continually updating the space with new inspirations from their many travels, creating a stunningly modern, luxurious home.
The stylish sofa-area has a large fireplace, HD wall projector and flatscreen TV with both Apple TV as-well-as all satellite channels.
The dining area located next to the fully equipped kitchen also gives access to the staff quarters.
On the top floor, there is a large Master Suite with has a large sun-terrace. The Master suite also has a 55 inch LCD screen with surround sound system.
There is also two other rooms with en-suite bathrooms.
ANNEX
There are two rooms in an annex to the house.
– One is a large room/studio with high ceilings, in-suite bathroom and walk-in closet outside the main building.
– The other one is a smaller room with en-suite bathroom.
OUTDOOR AREA
The panoramic sun terrace can be accessed from the living room and hosts a beautiful moon-shaped swimming-pool and chill-out daybeds.
There are large shaded living room and dining areas next to the pool, which also enjoys the stunning sea-views.
Only a few houses are privileged enough to be located on Cala Olivera, and the location is very peaceful. The villa accessed from the area of Roca Llisa takes 10 minutes by car to reach Ibiza town.
You can walk down to the beach of Cala Olivera (5 minutes), and the beach of Cala Llonga is a 5-minute drive. The beautiful beach-bar Amante located only 5 minutes by car and you can also walk there (15 minutes).
The villa has a private drive with a gate-system, and it is fully alarmed.
