The main house features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spanning 305m2 with an additional 50m2 solar roof in the entrance hall. The entrance hall boasts a solar roof with 2 motors to open it, leading to a large living room with a fireplace and dining area. The many sliding doors open to the garden and covered veranda, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The fully equipped kitchen with Inox electrical appliances and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer provide convenience. The master bedroom on the second floor offers a large terrace, an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and shower, and breathtaking views.
