The 80m2 living area on the ground floor opens up to both sides of the building, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The villa features 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a spacious terrace offering stunning countryside views. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, while the other two share a bathroom. The first floor is home to the master bedroom, complete with a lavish bathroom featuring a hydromassage bath, a large dressing room, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the property. Another suite on this floor offers equal luxury and style, providing a serene sanctuary for guests.

Charming Guest House

Adjacent to the magnificent garden, the charming 80m2 guest house offers two double suites, a living area with a mini-fridge, and a coffee machine, ideal for guests seeking extra privacy. The guest house is beautifully finished and superbly equipped, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Outdoor Paradise

Step outside into the vast private grounds of Villa Gina and immerse yourself in luxury. The outdoor space features a delightful pool, multiple chill-out areas, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a dining area with a barbecue, and enchanting Mediterranean gardens filled with fragrant fruit trees such as orange, lemon, cherry, apple, quince, carob, and centuries-old olive trees.

Exclusive Amenities

In high season, guests can enjoy a continental breakfast from Monday to Saturday, cleaning services three times a week, gardener service, and welcome amenities. In low season, cleaning services are provided twice a week, along with gardener service and welcome amenities. Please note that breakfast is not included but can be arranged with an exclusive chef at an additional cost.

Mandatory Information

• Check-ins on Saturdays at 4:00 p.m. and check-outs at 10:00 a.m.
• Minimum stay of 7 days.
• Signature of house rules upon entrance.
• Delivery of passports of all occupants.
• Events, meetings, or parties are not allowed.
• Commercial photography or videography is prohibited.
• No pets or animals are allowed on the premises.
