How do I check in and get the keys to the villa?

Can the rental start any day?
The typical check-in and check-out day in Ibiza is Saturday. Throughout the high season in July and August, most owners strictly adhere to this schedule. However, during the low and mid-season, some properties may offer more flexibility.
What are the payment terms?
After choosing a property, it is required to place a deposit to secure the villa. The outstanding rental balance will be payable between two months and the check-in date, depending on the specific property and the terms of the agreement.
