The villa consists of two levels and can accommodate up to 9 guests. The upper level features a cozy living room, a wonderful dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. On the lower level, you will find four bedrooms; one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom with a shared bathroom, and a bedroom with a single bed connected to a compact outdoor shaded playground with various toys for children up to 8 years old. For extra accommodation, guests can also use the double sofa bed located near the single bedroom.

Step outside to the gorgeous terraces in white wood, a large swimming pool with overflow, pergola-covered sitting and dining areas, and a BBQ near the poolside. Villa Ariana is an eco-friendly home, with 85% of its assets fully recyclable, and all electric & electronic devices belonging to the lowest energy consumption class, ensuring a soft environmental footprint.
Minimum Stay Policy and Climate Change Resilient Fee
The villa has a minimum stay policy of 7 overnights in high season (JUL-AUG), 4 overnights in med season (MAY-JUN), and 3 overnights in low season (APR-SEP-OCT). In accordance with the latest Greek Law Regulations, there is an extra climate change resilient fee of 15 € per villa per night, which is not included in the rental rate.
