After choosing a property, it is required to place a deposit to secure the villa. The outstanding rental balance will be payable between two months and the check-in date, depending on the specific property and the terms of the agreement.

Short-term stays typically have a minimum requirement, usually a few nights. The maximum allowable durations are subject to variation based on the specific villa. Notably, during July and August, reservations commonly adhere to 7-night intervals.
