A large pergola extends to the side of the building, covering a stylish lounge area and outdoor dining table equipped with a BBQ. Guests can also enjoy table tennis or table soccer in this area. Steps down lead to a heated lap pool and a built-in heated Jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation.

The indoor area of the "play house" features a lounge area, a central farmhouse kitchen, and an indoor dining space. The highlight of this unit is the home cinema, complete with a 4m wide screen, surround sound system, and a collection of 700 movies. Each suite in the villa is beautifully appointed, offering five large double bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom, and one adjoining sea view ensuite single room. The master suite, spanning 120 square meters, is completely independent with a living space, bedroom, and en-suite bathroom, while the remaining suites are equally exquisite.

A security deposit of 20% of the weekly rental amount is required, as well as an extra climate change resilient fee of 15€ per villa per night, in accordance with the latest Greek Law Regulations. The rental rate includes daily housekeeping, linen changes twice a week, and the services of a host and chef to prepare breakfast and one meal per day for up to 15 people.
