Can Mayans is spread across two floors, offering two separate living areas for added privacy. The main wing of the finca features a master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. The living room, large dining room, and fully equipped kitchen complete this wing. The side wing boasts a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Four out of the five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms, as well as the living room (sala), are equipped with air conditioning and LCD satellite TVs. The sala also features an open fireplace, two sitting sets, and a stereo system. Additional amenities include a well-equipped living room and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
