Black Book Ibiza is run by partners and close friends Alex Richardson and Claire Saunders, who originally met over 14 years ago in Ibiza when they experienced their first season together in 2001. Together they have utilised their combined knowledge and experience of all the very best of Ibicencan living to provide clients with a trusted, dependable service that ensures all their needs and requirements are met on the island. Their vision behind Black Book Ibiza’s name and brand is to reflect the bespoke, personalised and sophisticated service that they set out to deliver each and every time.
After a successful 10 years sales career, in both London and New York, Alex decided to make the change from city life and fulfil his dream of relocating to Ibiza, the place he had always seen as home since his first visit in 1999 when he fell in love with Ibiza’s energy and lifestyle.
After living and working in the financial and social hubs of London and New York, Alex saw a need and desire to bring a similar level of professionalism to Ibiza’s rental and touristic sectors. This ethic has defined Black Book’s key focus on efficiency and integrity forming the building blocks behind their strong development, relying almost solely on completely organic growth through client recommendations, referrals and repeat business.

Originally from Romania Alina came to Ibiza in 2010 for an unexpected holiday, fell in love with the White Isle and never looked back. Fascinated by the islands diversity and contrasts she quickly started to feel at home.
Graduating PR and Communications has provided her with valuable skills that she used in hospitality sector, where she started her journey on the island. With 7 years of experience in villa rentals she specializes in designing the perfect holidays for our guests. From sourcing the right property, checking you in and out of your villa, to going the extra mile to organize your trip, Alina makes sure you will have the best hand tailored experience. She has a vast knowledge of the island and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to deliver the best service to our clients year after year.
After many years of traveling around the world, Helene, like many others, decided to plant roots in our beautiful island of Ibiza. With 13 years experience as a producer of all types of events, from weddings to corporate and private events, fashion shows and fashion shoots in Milan and Paris, she is now creating bespoke and tailor made holiday experiences, aimed to give unforgettable memories to our Black Book customers.
Her past clientele of high profile individuals, and her years of experience as an event producer, has enabled Helene to provide excellent standard of service, dedication and committed attention to our clients.
Fluent in 4 languages, she really enjoys working with people from around the world and connects very well with Black Book’s international clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Claire first set foot on Ibiza in 1999 at the age of 17. She instantly fell in love with the island and was drawn back every summer, discovering the beauty and magic of Ibiza more and more each year. After travelling the world and then gaining a first class honours degree in social work at Leeds University, England, she moved to the capital city to experience London life and continue her career. However, Claire and her partner always dreamed about living permanently in Ibiza and in 2012 they made the decision to make their dream a reality.
Since making the move Claire has worked in the villa rentals and concierge industry gaining a wealth of experience and contacts which have given her the vision and drive to run her own company.
